Processing time is 1-2 weeks

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions:

What is a pre-order? What makes it different from in-stocks?

  • When an item is a pre-order, that means that every purchase made goes to funding the product. In most cases that means that the item is not made. Because of this, pre-order items take 1-3 months to be delivered to your doorstep after you order.
  • In-stocks are what you call the products once they are on hand. This is usually what I have left after I've sent all the pre-orders out. Instocks go on sale only after all the pre-orders have been sent out, and never before. Because they are on hand, the processing time for the item to get to your doorstep is much shorter. 1-3 weeks.

What are reasons why should I preorder?

  • It's cheaper: One of the main benefits of why buyers go for pre-order items, is that since they are funding the product, and waiting longer, they get the item at a discounted price. Instocks tend to be a couple dollars more (depending on the item).
  • Highest Quality: For the people that preorder, the best of the batch goes to them first. Customers that pre-order clothing get the ones with the best embroidery, customers that pre-order pins, get the best made pins, aka Standard grade or B grades.
  • Freebies: Another perk is the possibility of little extras in your order!~ I absolutely appreciate everything you all do to make these products come to life, and I usually do my best to find cute things to include to show my grattitude. Whether it be stickers, photocards, or even other things. However, freebies are not guaranteed, sometimes things go wrong, the timings not right, but I will always try my best to get you all as many things as I can.

This item says sold out, can I still order it?

  • If the item is a pre-order item, it is most likely I will have instocks later on after they've been made, so you'd be able to order it then. If the item was an instock item, there is no guarantee I'll restock it, so you'd have to wait until I'd open up another round of pre-orders or until I funded them myself.

When will you restock _______?

  • I tend not to restock most of my items because they don't tend to have as much demand as the first time, so the answer will be most likely no. However, feel free to shoot me an email with a question if you're still curious!

Can you combine my orders?

  • It really depends, there's no definite answer. I cannot combine pre-order items with instock items. I've done that in the past and it's way too hard to keep track of, and the risk of overselling is high. It's also hard to hold onto too much stock at one time. I can, however, combine multiple instock items, and/or multiple preorder items! If you accidentally order both in one order, I will reach out and ask if you'd like to pay for additional freight costs, if there is no response, or refusal of payment, I will cancel and refund your order (minus the transaction fee).
  • If you'd like to combine your orders, please fill out this form here.

I need/want a refund.

  • Unfortunately, I do not accept refunds, as stated in my policy However there are a few reasons where I will make an exception:
  1.  you received the wrong item (will need photographic proof)
  2. the item is damaged (will need photographic proof)
  3. you ordered the wrong item (half an hour window after the order has been made.)
  • these are not deemed reasons for me to give a refund:
  1. The item is taking too long, I'm tired of waiting. – my website has made it very clear that items can take a while to make and ship. By purchasing you are agreeing to wait that time, so therefore I will not refund.
  2.  My item never arrived (but I didn't order package insurance). – If you didn't order package insurance, I cannot help you with your order. It is out of my hands how the postal carrier handles your package.
  3. The item wasn't what I expected. – updates are constantly posted on my instagram, including photos, videons, and any other updates or changes that happened that I have to include. If you weren't aware of any changes, or didn't bother to find out, I am sorry you weren't aware of the products final form. If you are worried you've missed out on updates, check the 'updates' highlight on my instagram, or send me an email and I'll be happy to answer.

When will my order be shipped?

  • At the time, covid has noticeably increased my processing time. I am a college senior and an older sister (my brother is 9.) I take care of him every day and help him with school. Please be patient and understanding with me if your order takes a little longer. This year I am trying to be more transparent of what is being shipped and when, but if you're still confused you can contact me and I can give you more information on when it will go out!

How much is shipping?

  • US Domestic: Starts at $4.50 for USPS First Class Mail. But orders that go over 1 pound (Sweaters/multiple items) tend to be around $8 for USPS Priority Mail (domestic), however it can get higher ($9-12).
  • Mexico and Canada: The price starts at about $8 for USPS First Class International Mail.
  • International (other countries that aren't the ones included above: Starts at $9 for USPS First Class International. Mail. Can tend to get expensive the more items you order, and since sometimes the website over or undercharges, please be understanding if I have to reach out either to refund an excess, or request an invoice for the extra freight needed.

How long does shipping take?

  • Domestic shipping tends takes between 2 to 5 days. I live in California (USA), therefore California orders will take less time than New York orders, for example. International shipping on the other hand can take 3 weeks to up to a couple months to arrive. The tracking on these packages also tends to be a little spotty, so if you don't see an update, please be patient. Covid has also greatly impacted our postal delivery service, so please understand delays and any other problems that might arise. If your package gets lost in the mail, I am not responsible for it, and I will not refund you for the item or replace it, UNLESS you add package insurance to your order.

What are pin "grades"?

Enamel Pins are handmade. They are painted by hand, and assembled, etc. Humans make errors, that is why it is to be expected that some will turn out a little less than perfect. Because of that, the pin grade system exists.

  • Standard/A grade: have little to no defects. Small mistakes that could only be noticed if under close inspection. Examples of these could mean, scratches on the top layer, dust particles in the paint, underfill/miscoloring on very miniscule parts (of very detailed) pins. These pins are perfect for displaying on boards and other protected surfaces.
  • B grade: These tend to have more defects, they tend to be visible from up close, but do not make the pin look 'bad'. Some examples of these defects are, lots of underfilled or discolored parts on said pin, deep scratches on surface, or multiple dusty parts. Perfect for bags or jackets, look great, but a scratch or two more won't be noticeable.
  • C grade: These pins have the biggest defects of the normal pin grade scale (Standard, B, C..). Examples of these are missing enamel, very noticeable discoloration, scratched paint, dents, or mistakes that are noticeable from afar. These are great for backpacks, where they tend to be jostled and brushed upon many things, or even if you just aren't too picky about your pins :P
  • Seconds: This grade tends not to happen very often. Seconds are the worst of the batch. These tend to have defects that sometimes render the pin useless, (won't spin, wobbly back post, lots of missing enamel). These usually tend to be really cheap.

Keep in mind that these can also be relative, depending on the batch. If a batch turns out really bad, the Standards of that batch could be the equivalent of a C grade in a perfect batch. That being said, prices can be adjusted, and for preorders, in some cases, refunds may be issued.
